Promise Law represents a diversity of individuals and families who are either planning for the future or who are managing a transition for a loved one.
Your relationship with Promise Law begins with an initial consultation in which we clarify your concerns and explain your legal issues. Extra care is taken to ensure you understand all of your options, even though how you proceed is always your choice. We then outline the fees for our services and the time frame for completion.
Promise Law helps you make sure that your promises made are promises kept.
Geneva served as a circuit court law clerk her first year after law school. In 2007 she began her work in private practice and from the very beginning her interest and expertise has been planning, administration and guardianships. “It’s very satisfying helping individuals and families plan for or live through life’s transitions. These are tender issues to be sure, but the appreciation is well worth it – I’m an attorney who gets hugs from clients!”
Elizabeth has dedicated her legal career to providing guidance and peace of mind to her clients by assisting them with estate planning, special needs planning, long term care planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and estate, trust, and conservatorship administration.
Tammy has worked as a legal assistant with Geneva for several years. She assists Geneva with all areas of practice, especially estate administration to help clients determine what they have done and what work remains. An incredible organizer, she coordinates all client appointments and generally ensures the office runs smoothly. Tammy loves her work because “we help people protect and honor their most precious asset: Family.”
