A native of Connecticut, Rob didn’t have far to travel when he attended college at the U. S. Coast Guard Academy. After graduation, Rob served as a shipboard engineer, marine inspector and marine investigator. After moving to Hampton Roads to attend William & Mary School of Law, he served as a USCG JAG and then a military judge.
Retiring from the Coast Guard after 26 years, Rob went into the full-time practice of civilian law: estate planning, estate and trust administration, and adult guardianships are his primary practice areas. He finds deep satisfaction in seeing the peace of mind that his clients experience when he helps them fully plan for their future.
Rob has been active in the Boy Scouts for more than 55 years. He also enjoys hiking and golf. Rob and his wife Dale have twin adult sons and one puppy.
