Rob Kutz, Esq.
A native of Connecticut, Rob didn’t have far to travel when he attended college at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. After graduation, Rob served as a shipboard engineer, marine inspector and marine investigator. After moving to Hampton Roads to attend William & Mary School of Law, he served as a USCG JAG and a military judge.
Retiring from the Coast Guard after 26 years, Rob went into the full-time practice of civilian law. He now focuses his practice on helping his clients craft comprehensive estate plans and he finds deep satisfaction in seeing the peace of mind his clients experience when he helps them fully plan for their future.
An advocate for older Americans, Rob holds credentials as a Certified Senior Advisor.™ He has served on the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Agency on Aging since 2015.
Rob has been active in the Boy Scouts for more than 55 years. He also enjoys hiking and golf. Rob and his wife, Dale, have twin adult sons and a Havenese puppy named Miska.
